Wow... didn't know the amount of time/work it takes to replace the TB :s
I'll be working on it the whole day plus a maybe half day tomorrow.
Thank god I'm at my friend's shop and have access to fresh freon, specialty tools, and of course my friend's brain.
I'll post some pictures later.
And we didn't want to accidentally bend them.
We could have gotten away with placing the bumper on a stand, but I guess new fresh freon is always good to have, specially for free!
The only thing I have seriously overlooked, was the fact that the thermostat is placed behind the timing bracket on the passenger side.
By the time we realized this, it was too late, both; the serpentine belt and the timing belt were now in place. fully assembled.
NOW WHAT!?!
A)Do I take everything apart again and replace my thermostat?
B)Feelin' lucky boy?
What are the chances of a thermostat failure (108 K miles in the odo)
Any input is greatly appreciated.
p.s.
my transmission oil is DIRTY & BURNT, and it needs to be replaced, so I'm also getting it done, along with the power steering's fluid.
Going to the dealer tomorrow to pick some up, and get some pink antifreeze, and perhaps the little reservoir tank.

I'm just worried about the freon; my AC was working fine before, and now that's been re-charged I hope there will not be any issues, or leaks for that matter.
You do know what they say right?
" if it ain't broke, don't fix it"
