Can the APR Bi-pipe be installed without removing the headlights?

Can the APR Bi-pipe be installed without removing the headlights?
I just picked up an APR Bi-pipe for my 2.7 and in reading the instructions is shows the removal of the passenger's side headlight. I would prefer not to do this again as it was a pain in the a@@ when I did the clear corner mod before.

I did. Wouldn't do it that way again, though. Removing the headlight is easy...
and makes the bi-pipe install much easier.
Fyi, as a tip - don't use the throttle body bolts to pull the bi-pipe on to the throttle body. TB threads strip easily. Another lesson learned through experience :-(
