Default Need some help -- been searching but now more confused

Have an '02 A6 2.7t - does NOT have HP-2 front brakes. I'm REALLY trying to figure out what the size the front rotors are (looking for stock replacement)?

Is is 321x30 or 288mm? Also, does the 22.7 and 16.7 offset just apply to the 321x30 size?

Any insight (on size and online suppliers) would be MUCH appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Default Not to confuse the situation, but there's 312mm too. what size are your wheels?

Bentley shows 288mm for 15" wheels, 312mm for 16" wheels, then a listing for 321mm with no specification of wheel size (could apply to 16" or 17" I suppose). If you have 17" wheels, it'd be a safe bet that your rotors are 321mm.

With this somewhat iffy info I'd be inclined to call a supplier w/ the VIN to find out for sure.

Default Front is 321x30mm for ATE caliper

With the ATE caliper, you want these.

Available from us, just plug in that PN in the search. These are indeed a small offset hat rotor than the prior models.

288mm rotor never came on the 2.7T.

Thanks! Just checked measurements myself (DUH), you're right and order has been placed.

Default Thank you..

Looks like your order was for a different rotor, the 8D0615301M which is most typically used with the HP-2 caliper, not the PN I listed above.

Default Crap - Didn't mean to

Thought I ordered the Zimmerman version of the PN you noted. SKU: ZR.8E0615301AD

Is it to late to change the order? I think these are a bit cheaper than what I actually ordered (you can keep the change .. <gg>

Default Whew

I held the order until I was sure. I'll go ahead and make the change tomorrow.
