STFA, but I can't seem to find the link for the Cam Adjuster Seal and VCG replacement
I used a great article earlier this year when i was working on my car, I am now helping a friend and I can't seem to find the same article. It seemes as if the post was last fall or early this year. There were a ton of pics in the post. I lost my link to it when I had to reformat my computer. The one in the Tech Articles does not detail the Cam Adjuster Seals.
Does anyone have a good link they can give me?

Search again. Enter "cam seal guide" and check the box for "only hits with images".
There's 10 results.
The guide you're probably looking for is either absolutcq20v's one or OCDboy's one. They're #2 and #3 on the search's hit list right now.
I'd direct link but sometimes it's better to teach how easy search engines can be. Sometimes its just a matter of finding the right keywords.
