Eye Candy #3, need help on this one...
I need help in painting my calipers. Not how to paint them, but what color to paint them...
i am being pressed by the gf and friends to use some other color than "black with the rings"
i wanna do black with the S4 logo on top of it, (with the 4 cut off and it being just plain red trapezoid and S on top...
but then again we paint calipers to make them noticeable, right?
i'm honestly considering yellow as my first choice since it might go nice with the green!
I dunno about red cause of the christmas effect..although it always works
Papaya Orange would clash...
White just would be ugly...
HyperSilver would blend too conformist...
Gold is for Brembo or Subaru's

and yes i know, shield your eyes from that 'GAP' and the clearcorner lackingness. i just ordered some new D2S bulbs, so i might as well do this mod soon too

I painted the calipers on one of my Peugeots
Since the car (2001 106 Sport) is blue-ish silver I used dark blue, which is also not too flashy..

I used "Hamerite", I don't know if you guys know it but its a paint you can apply directly over rust without sanding.
It is mostly used for fences and garden furniture.
But it also works great on calipers!
Took me 5 min per wheel and cost me 8 dollars for one can of paint (but you can paint at least 50 calipers with one can
)
For your car I would go either with Black, Silver or Red.
