Default turning signal problem for a6 2.8 quattro 2000, please help

I bought a used a6 2.8 2000. And the front driver side turning signal does not blink, but turning on. Front passinger-side turning signal work perfect..
What you guys would suspect? is it because of the fuse? or the reley? or something else?
since passingerside turning signal work- blink-, i don't know what is the problem..
My car has turned out it has tons of problems..

For the additional information, the frong driver-side fog light also does not work, but passinger side fog light work..
Do you guys think it has something to do with turning signal either? I don't know how to replace the fog light bulb, so i could not try to replace it, but i replaced the turning signal bulb, and it still does not work.
So... please help me to find out what i sould replace?
Thank you so much for your help

...do a search on the hazard relay (unrelated to the foglight, probably just a blown bulb)

Just did this for the first time on the wife's ride. Around $30 at the dealer, 5 minutes to change.

Thanks for the replying, but i already changed the blown bulb, but it still does not work..
i don't think it's bulb problem.. one signal does work, so is it possilbe that it is fuse problem?

Default this is just a guess, but it sounds like your car might have been hit

on your drivers side, and maybe they didn't fix a light harness(s)? You said both light failures are on the drivers side? (fog and turn)?

just a guess, I could be wrong, hopefully.

The used car dealer said that previous owner hit the bumper when parking, so there is some scraches and weckeing in the bumper.
Anyway, what is the light harness? Except the driver-side fog light, and turning signal, everylights work fine..
And the turning signal also turn on, but not blinking when i turn the signal..
Do you have any idea?

Default If the bulb was changed, go for the relay. 4 Driver is right, only takes about 5 min. 2 change.

Make sure you get the same series relay though, ending in either C or D for that year. I had the same issue. Newer flasher is shorter and pins don't match.

Default I can only advise you based on what mine did. The bulb was good, so based on many past

experiences, I did the relay. Put a thin towel(paper towel even) along the top of the trim piece around the hazard triangle, and gently pry it off with a small flatblade (pocket) screwdriver moving it along as the trim piece comes out. The relay will pull right out, and then just separate it from the harness. Voila! Someone on here has a writeup on it if you search "hazard relay", attached.

https://forums.audiworld.com/a6/msgs/708559.phtml</a

Default Re: this is great information..so is the relay back of the hazard botton?

even though i'm still not sure if i could this bymyself..i'm totally suck at this car stuff.
So how much did you pay for the relay? if i do this in the local repair shop, how much should i expect? can you get me a picture?
I wish i'm good at car, this car broght me a lot of work.. - -' mirror controller, fog light, turning signal, wheel cap...
I should have checked the car more carefully before i bought this..
Thanks for your help...
