Default Please advise and give opinions. I STFA and I am still torn....

I am undecided about what suspension to put in my 4.2
I am looking at H&R springs with Bilstein shocks or Eibach Pro System (Eibach w/Konis)
Any advice would be appreciated.
I am not in the market for c/o so they are not in the equation.
Thanks for any help.

Default The Eibach pro-system is: Eibach springs & matched dampers. Do it...

you won't be disappointed!

Default Why no COs (aside from price)

I spoke to an engineer at Bilstein - he was very impressed with teh PSS9 system, and its lighter, too.

Default Do H&R springs, but don't do Bilstein shocks.

Unless you're a crazy fvck like me, and you don't mind a bumpy ride

Default A6 sport is right. Eibach Pro System is great. I really like it

Firm but not jarring. Add in the H Sport Sways and you have a nice handling vehicle

Default Thank you for all the replies. I will go with the Eibach pro-system. Does this system..

include shocks also(silly question). I had the H&R springs with bilstien set-up in my passat and it was somwhat harsh. Thanks again for the replie and the help. I will post when I finally get them. Maybe about a month or so. The modding bug bit me hard!!!

Default Nope. I bought mine brand new.

Bilsteins are very firm, and great for cornering, but ride quality is poor. What springs are you running?

If you can swing it do the H Sport sways - one of the best with the Eibach pro kit!
