Really bad experience with extended auto warranty corporation "click4warranty.com"
So I called these guys when I bought a 2003 Passat wagon for my wife 3 weeks ago. I had a good experience a few years ago on the A6 4.2. I wanted to buy another extended warranty from them.
When I called sales I left a voice mail and got a super quick call back for a sale. After discussing the terms I decided to move forward with the inspection and a contract.
It has been 3 weeks, about 30 phone calls and no inspection, no contract and I still don't have a warranty. On top of this they charged my credit card an unauthorized charge. I have been calling daily for several days. The sales guy will not return my calls. Today I called the general number and was on hold for 45 minutes before giving up...
Should I report these guys to the FBI? They seem to have vanished after charging my card and will not answer phones or call back. I have no warranty and cant get a hold of anyone there.

just had some work done a little while ago no problems...did you have a lot of work done on the 4.2
previously...i know it's not right but if they paid out significantly more then what you paid into the contract maybe they want to stay away. how much work did they cover on the 4.2.
