2001 A6 2.8Q
I was recently offered 2001 A6 2.8 with 106k on it for 9k. This car has navigation, good body condition, interior is pretty good as well. I have 1997 A6 now, and I love this car.
The guy put RS6 rims on it, and (as he told me) therefore he needed to modify the size of rear fenders (??? can't find the right name for it). It's like the part of the body that is around the rear wheels. So he modified it to make it wider. Then he said that because it was not the right size (who did it, he didn't tell me) and there is not enough clearance for the wheel, it cracked and he would have to do body modification again. He told me he'll do it before selling the car to me. Everything seems fine to me in this car, except this RS6 rims feature. Can anybody give some comments, advices, etc. I'll be really thankful.
