Memory Power Seat Dead

In my brothers 2000 A6 2.7T Quattro the memory driver side power seat went dead, not a circuit breaker problem because power is reaching the seat, lumbar adjustment is the only thing that works, the fuses that power control module are OK, a Vag-com scan showed no fault in the memory control module. Any ideas ? Thanks in advance.

Press it, try to operate the memory seat again.

There's a red STOP button next to the memory 1/2/3 buttons.

It stops the seat from moving.

If not the STOP button...

Gently pry the switch out from the rear (nearest #1). Check the connector for corrosion. That was the issue in my old car. If it's not that, then probably the same issue as the "new" car (which is still an unsolved mystery).
