For all with H-Sport sway bars, what is your setting at the rear - stiffer or softer?

Front & rear bar, non-sport suspension. Soft setting.

F&R bars, non sport suspension on an Avant... Stiff Rear setting.

All my life I've heard "stiffer is better" so that's what I went with....and that has been the case.
