Dash card holder
I'm thinking of replacing the dash cup holder with a card holder. Does anyone know the internal dimensions of it? I guess what I'm really looking for is whether it can hold an ipod or not lying down, closed up. Thanks.

I would assume the depth is the problem. I don't have a card holder, so I can't measure it for you.
I've seen them though, and I don't think a large iPod would fit.
