I just took the ski sack out of my Avant. Used once, and it never seemed to fold up right.

Just kidding man, I have a 99 Avant myself. I have never even taken my out.Took it out on my old 97 A4 and it didn't fold back up properly.
Try putting an ad in the classfieds. Somebody might ****** it up.

It takes patience to get it folded back up so it fits correctly.
Thus I usually wait until the end of the season to fold it back up.
I doubt there much of a used market for ski sacks. If a car was designed for that option then it would already have a ski sack. Only in the unlikely event someone ripped one would he need a replacement.

The ski sack that folds into the rear seat is a PITA to fold and secure...
the manual has pretty good insturction on how to do it properly, but still a PITA.
