so my car is officially leaking power steering fluid...

I've had to refill it twice within the past month. I park the car inside my garage and there are no stains/nothing leaking onto the floor. I can't see any visible leaks when poking around under the hood. what does this typically lead to? can I expect my pump to be leaking? or is it more likely a hose somewhere? it appears to be a fairly slow leak and may only be occurring while the vehicle is in motion (judging by the fact that it doesn't seem to be leaking when parked).

I'm coming up on 140k and I'm ready to roll this thing into a quarry.

Probably one of the hoses near the reservior or the cooler.

It's generally not a rack problem if you've used the Audi fluid.

I had the same problem at one time and the dealer told me it was my high pressure hose. Well, that bill was going to be pretty pricey. If so, you would need to replace it including your low pressure hose ($350 just for the hose on a 4.2). I purchased the hoses just to find out I did not need them. Turns out my clamp was loose. Check all your options first before spending your money.
