not having any luck selling my car on craigslist...
I've heard people have been successful using CL but not me. Anyone have any luck using autotrader or cars.com? Just doesnt seem to be any interest in a 6spd. Maybe ill try the AW classifieds

Interest in manuals is usually strong. Place a classified ad on enthusiast websites like this one
Take nice clear pictures. Make sure the car is clean and shiny. Emphasize maintenance and care the car has had, along with good driving habits such as driving gently to warm and cool turbos.

...probably depends on what your area market uses, but probably MORE a function of your asking price.
What are other cars being listed for, with similar miles and equipment in your area (use a 75 mile radius)??? Maybe look at that to see if you are in the range. If you are in the upper range, maybe drop your price.

I need to take different photos and it probably wouldnt hurt

I am in Chicago too and ....
Sold my 1996 C4 A6q in 2005 with 96000 miles on it
It had all options including a 6 disc changer for $7000.
I think you need to put in the details of your car and put some better photos.. some of inside too...
I put in all the features and specifications of the car in details.. I emailed you all the features of our A6 so you can copy and paste.. I had one for 2001 but I think 2000 should be similar

CL has been great in the past. maybe lower your price, but like others have said
you have cars.com, autotrader.com, and ebay.
and you have the classifieds here, and you can place a ad in your sig after listing in the classifieds.
