I checked up and down and left to right and no movement whatsoever, I also did the prybar test under the tire and nothing. If it was the CV JOINT, wouldnt it be leaking?

Are you sure it isn't a wheel or tire issue?
A wheel bearing or CV joint is an inlikely cause. Usually it's a tire. I suppose it could be a bent hub, but that's hard to bend.
Can you say what you've tried since you first swapped the tire and noticed the issue and give a description of the symptoms again and any changes?

Drive 40mph or more on some good smooth pavement. Veer left, then veer right as if
making a quick but not panic lane change.
Is there a louder than normal whirring, humming or faint grinding noise on the side that sustained the damage? That to me says wheel bearing as much as the old yank on it method.

Good advice. I would say a wheel bearing failure will not usually cause a vibration...
similar to a wheel out of balance.
It is most likely caused by a flat spot or bulge in the tyre, wheel rim is off centre or dented or a bent drive shaft but that is unlikaly even after a heavy pothole hit.
