I got mine from Teddy big game for $50+shiiping.

Check with http://car-part.com. They go for less than $100+shipping.

The RS6 will physically fit, but the leather will not match...

...better to find the correct color (onyx vs. ebony). www.car-part.com is a great resource for used parts, but some of the recylers have incorrect listings. Helps to know exactly what car it came from. IIRC, you have a pre-facelift A6, so you'd need an onyx armrest from a 1998-2001 black interior.
