Default Bentley Book help anyone?
I need to document labor hours for the replacment of all four SHOCKS on the allroad.
Any help and e-mailed documentation would be appreciated.

My Bentley covers sedan and avant, not sure if the Allroad is different.

Default most note the allroad....
with the change in the suspension to air springs.

Can you give a look? Its important. My extended warranty co is saying it should only be 6.5 hours. Which is way too low.

..now mind you, I don't have the CD-based version, only hardcopy.

The only extra notation for the Allroad was to put it in "Jack" mode using the dash control buttons, and to follow directions for "quattro".

No mention of labor times.

Mabe the ETKA would be more helpfull?

I checked too and in my hardcopy i saw the same thing. Sorry man.

Default Bentley doesn't quote times, and the only times Audi uses are warranty times...
...which are stupidly low. You need something like Mitchell on demand or some other shop guide.

...I believe they use the Mitchell system.
