where do i put the seafoam to get it in the vac lines and throttle body.?

Default You need to undo a hose that is exposed to vacuum from the engine.
I removed the one that goes to the brake booster. And if you want to clean the throttle body, you'll have to do it by hand. Vacuum is generated BEHIND the throttle plate.
