Default Monday Poll: Black cars.. Hit, or are they too much of a PITA to keep clean?

Car I was originally looking at was a beautiful titanium color, but I just found one closer in black. Looking for some real world experience here.. It is a PITA to keep the paint looking nice, or is it manageable? TIA

Default It's not so much that they are hard to keep clean, it's that, with Audis especially..

they tend to look 'dry' after a few days/weeks. For whatever reason, the regular brilliant black paint just looks dull after a while.

BUT, there are few colors that reward hard work more than black.

Default Non-Audi, but I know what you mean. I could technically get one of these in

"Nogaro" blue, but I think that would be a bit odd.

Black is awesome. Just keep your detail spray handy and you're OK.

Default PITA

Beautiful if you keep them up. They ALWAYS look dirty after the first day or the first drive after a wash.

Default Ming Blue is pretty dark and tough to keep clean, but I love the color. Silver is so easy in

comparison. I really don't like silver, but I could go a month and never clean it...nobody would know...
