1999 Audi A6 Quattro 2.8L Automatic 100k miles Brake Light Blinking and ABS solid
The Brake Light was blinking and ABS was solid so I changed my front brake pads rotors and sensors. I noticed the front driver side sensor was cut so I had to rewire the sensor by hand.
After replacing these my brake light is blinking and ABS is solid. When I first start the car it beeps 3 times.
When I try to run a VAG-COM on the ABS and Brakes I get a error. Although I do get this message

Could a faulty brake light switch cause both the ABS and Brake light to appear?
Any other suggestions on this?

i am reading both. some posts are saying it could be the brake light switch others are saying abs
control module.
but i couldnt really find a post that will suggest to test even further other than buying a brake light switch.

Re: Check brake fluid it will also set of the brake warning beep
my bad brake switch was showing traction control icon and esp light not sure about abs showing, does your car have a loss of power mine did when it was the brake switch.
