how to replace thernostat
Step two: See if the car warms when idling, but temp drops off while driving; that's a good indication of a bad t-stat. If the opposite is true (heat while driving but none at idle) bleed the core.
If the t-stat is bad, considering doing a full (and I mean full) timing belt job. You'll be doing 80% of the labor, may as well replace the parts.
