help! bad steering wheel shake and clicking from driver's side front..
So Ive been having some real bad shaking goin on for a while, it got to the point where the car was hopping alot, I replaced the axle (torn cv boots) thinking it was that, and the shaking was much much better after but its still there! the steering wheel jossles from left to right.I hear clicking from the front left, I have a loose steering rack too (common) but i dont think it would cause this (would it?) wheel bearing maybe? HELP

does it sound like the ABS is kicking in?
perhaps you wheel angle sensor needs to be re zeroed. You need a VAG to do this.
The car may think is is not going straight and the ESP is stepping in...pulsing the brakes.
