my 2.7 tip ..UK..

63k on the clock, first registered in Feb 2001 (pre-face lift model)
so far have changed the DV's to 710's.
next month - change gearbox oil
then - timing belt
Currently have 215 55 16 tyres... what 16 tyres can fit that will look "sporty" and "wide" low profile look... or do I need to go bigger alloys..

18" with 235/40/18 are the best option. Not too much increase in rotational mass....
to harm acceleration and braking but a good deal more feel to the steering and as far as I can recall, no real loss in ride quality.
As for rim choice, I prefer sticking with an Audi design even if you go copies.

I have 18in RS6 reps on 225/40/18 (i think) - will post pic soon
but kinda want to back to the stock 16's (after a refurb) with some lower profile wheels
