Anyone heard of these guys ?
I'm looking for some 18" wheels for snow tires for my '04 A8L and came across this ad on ebay.
Anyone here have any experience with this operation?

they write that the wheels are 'polished' but the product description states...
it has a hyper silver finish. is that polished? or is it just a shinier than your usual silver type of paint? sorry, i just don't like inconsistencies.
anyway, they are knockoffs - price alone does not justify them to be factory rims. But, for a winter setup, the price is pretty good.
call them and make sure that they are Audi hubcentric or that they come with hub adapters. Ask them how much they weigh and see how much these wheels will cost individually in case they are poor quality and you bend one. this also goes to say that the reputation of the company is more important than the wheels themselves.
as a side note: i don't like ebay.
you can get some of these wheels from the sponsors of Audiworld ya know. might be more expensive but sometimes better safe than sorry.

Thanks, I've had good experiences with e-Bay, but not for stuff like this.
I'll stay away, I guess I'm in the market for a set of Factory 18"s if someone out there is upgrading, email me. I'd rather do business with a fellow A8 owner.
