If you've got a transmission torn apart, would love some pics.
Sorry to hear of your problem, don't know any sources. Don't know if the ZF people will sell internal parts or not. PaulW knows those folks and has been to the rebuild facility in Chicagoland, perhaps he'll have some ideas.

ZF sells repair products
Go to ZF's website or the link below. At the bottom of the page at the link below, there is a email for ZF aftermarket, send them an email.
