Catalog buyers beware!
Yesterday, I received the fall/winter 2003 catalog along with a letter from my "advocate". Some pretty neat stuff; so I called to order several items. Every price was higher than what is stated in the catalog and when I told the rep the prices and offered to fax copies from the catalog, she said "sorry, we have had increases"! This is ridiculous! No discounts when we buy $75,000 cars and now increases literally overnight! BTW: neat stuff or not, I bought nothing!

smc, go to the parts dept. at your dealer. They should be able to get you a discount. Mine gets me about 30-35% off list. If you have a problem, let me know. Ill get you what you want.
