Engine problems?? (Check engine lights come on)
I live in Austin, TX and the car has been doing this throughout the summer (80's and 90's in the morning) as well as now, when we had 50's and 60's in the morining.
I almost always fill up with the highest octane Chevron gas, sometimes Exxon as well. Always the good, expensive stuff. Car had an oil change recently (about 1,500 miles ago) and usually only does city driving, with some longer trips that will sometimes occur on weekends.
After a minute, it runs fine and doesn't give me any more trouble. Some guy at the Audi dealership claims it's a moisture problem, but why does it occur every day?
The "Check engine" light will go off after I have let the car sit for a while and then use it again, usually after 3 or 4 times.
Any ideas what this could be? It annoys the heck out of me and I would like to take care of that and get rid of this effect.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
