Normal operation of heated steering wheel and heated seats?
My steering wheel heats up, but it heats up fast and gets pretty hot. At the same time, no heat from the seat. Then after a few minutes the heat from the wheel will kick off and the seat will start to warm. This normal? Seat heating time is drastically changed if I go to 3 or above, but if on 1-2 takes forever.
Seems kind of odd so I thought I'd ask how everybody else's works.

Sounds pretty normal. If you turn the heated seat to 5 or so untill your butt....
gets warm, and then turn it down to whatever your comfort level is (I like 2), it works better/faster. The wheel is only supposed to heat for a short period. If it is getting REALLY hot, you may have an internal short in the heating element and your wheel could start to burn (Its happened before!) Usually the steering wheel heaters fail open circuit, so they just stop working without any spectacular death throes.
