I just ordered the dash rings. What kind of glue should I use since the BISON is not available here.

Default I believe super glue is used....anybody who has done this can confirm?

I know Jack did this, you have to be careful to keep it only on one side.....

4-5 dabs of Crazy glue around the back perimeter will do fine.

Default I used "Goop" adhesive. I've never had good luck with Crazy glue and it's dangerously thin.

I was worried about it running onto the face of the gauges. Mine have been in for about a year.

I would say that goop is a better alternative.

Default I would use something a little more flexible than super glue......

The expansion/contraction of the rings due to thermal changes could be enough to fracture the super glue. A really good rubber cement or a good silicone adhesive would be better IMO.

Default Used Silicone --Goop will work as well, I think

the problem with crazy glue is that if you get it on the glass, you are screwed . There is no way to get it off. Someone on a4 forum I think drop some on, then tried to remove it, making even bigger mess.

Default Be careful with the crazy glue, it contains cyanoacrylate, you can use it only in ...

well ventilated areas. The fumes will fade the plastic.

Superglue must be used sparingly. It can get white and crusty
