HELP! Automatic windows acting up...
I posted about this a couple weeks ago when my right rear window got stuck coming up and then auto-back down. Then, this morning, the same thing happened to my driver's side window. It won't go up and then the single touch down wouldn't work.
Dealer looked at it and told me the "innerds" would run $450 per door!
Anyone having issues like this?? 1999 A8.

Sounds like something is caught.
I believe our windows might have a safety feature if something gets caught (arm or head or even a leg) in the window it will auto down. First try spraying lithium grease generosley in the 2 tracks of each window. I think you may just need some lubrication.
