Default what's the longest time period anyone has gone WITHOUT changing timing belt??!
looking to know in years and mileage how long some of you guyz held off on changing the timing belts on these A8s

PO changed it at 93K miles in 03'.

The timing belt's not the best thing to try to get the most out of.

102K miles. Mechanic wouldn't let me have the car back until I changed the TB.

Default 136k miles when I did TB job.
and old staff: TB, rollers, water pump was in very good shape.

A8-98-4.2Q 152.4k miles

Default at 99K, mine looked fine
but it had definitely stretched, when compared to the new one.
