Default Are you trying to remove and replace the clutch fan?

If so,

I have the special tool, a two pin wrench that fits into the two holes on the front of the fan cluth pulley that will allow you to hold it and actually loosen the opposite-hand big nut. I even have the large combo wrench for the nut too.

Let me know if you need it, I can pack it up and ship it to you or if you're in Chicago area you can come over and borrow it.

Default slip an allen wrench or a punch through the pulley ...

and it will hang up on the right side timing belt cover, preventing the pulley from turning.

There is actually a raised circle on the face of the timing belt cover, right at twelve o'clock behind the pulley. It's about an inch in diameter, and your 4mm allen wrench will stay right there.
