The port hose can be replaced from above, just barely. You can reach the lower hose clamp with a screwdriver and pop it loose. I couldn't get a new hose clamp on it, though, and had to use a zip tie.
I am pretty sure that replacing the starboard hose requires removing the intake manifold, which I plan to do in a few days. From Bentley's, it doesn't look too hard. I think you just have to pull off the fuel rails and then there are six bolts on top of the manifold. There are two gaskets that run about 18-20 each online.
I've tried and tried to reach the lower starboard hose clamp without removing the intake manifold, but no can do.
