Two plus weeks waiting for an instrument cluster and than...
Up until week 4 I was really nice and understanding, but by then everybody at the dealership had gone on their audi awards trip.
When the general manager got back, some stuff got straightened right out. Basically the parts guy and my service advisor were total pud wackers.
Always been my experience that the GM truly doesn't want upset customers. Plus if it gets to them, they get pissed that their employees aren't doing their job of taking care of you.
