Whooopee sound at 28-32 mph

Whooopee sound at 28-32 mph
It is -9F. When I drive away cold, the car makes a whoopee sound at 28-32 mph. Is this a bearing noise or what? Anybody have any ideas? Tranny fluid is only 20K miles old on rebuilt tranny, and nothing has leaked out of the tranny since overhaul.
Could it be output shaft bearing on right (pass) side?

It's -9F, that should tell you something
If it goes away when the car warms up or ambient is above 5F, I wouldn't worry about it.
You can't design something to work in -9F to +120F with no problems whatsoever.
