FW: Where to Install New Tires
We've had this discussion before, and there are splits camps, but I thought that the following article supports a position and determination that 3-4 yrs ago the CAR magazine folks had tested out extensitvely as well.

Depends on what kind of intuition you have
As in, intuition wouldn't necessarily tell you that you should put them on the front (as the article assumes your intuition would tell you). Regardless of the semantics, the real answer is:
Rotate your tires regularly, and replace all 4 at once.
