H7 rallye+65 for Highs
Wanting to improve the highs with minimal invasion I contcted Daniel Stern. He suggested the H7 rallye+65 which have the following specs. 65w, 2100 lumens, 500 hours. He goes on to say, "The extra 10w is of no consequence as far as electrical power or heat -- those 80w to 100w bulbs are a different story..." I am not relayed and do not have any immediate plans to do so. Anybody running these? Daniel Stern is uber knowledgeable so I am not doubting him but more asking for real world impressions of anybody using these.

I used his HIR highs and xenon lows in my UrS6 and was happy. I'd imagine the same or better result
Don't forget your 50w halogen back up bulbs whilst ya got him on the phone - esp. important for when you tint!

Definitely on the back-up bulbs and love the HIRs...
Did you get any satisfactory answers re: the turn signal bulbs? My egg yolk is dry and crusty too so I plan on asking about them as well.

No, I didn't get much on remedying the crusty egg yolks.
The one suggestion of Sylvania Silverstars was appreciated but just too Riceroni for me and me conservative tastes.
I'll likely just go to frickin NAPA / FLAPS and buy new yolks. They don't excite me but don't offend me either.
Lemme know how you likey the H7 rallye+65s if you go with them. How muchy?
I'll likely also replace the fogs with PIAA Superwhites (or whatever they're called), I've seen them in my bud's E46 ///M3 and they are a virtual match to the Xe's. Will wait on both hi / fog failure to replace of course being the Hebe I am and all.
Hey get Jim to resched. the 3/10 CT invasion - I won't be able to host ya'lls much that day which blows hog.
