Need help : Fog light w/o the low beams on?

Need help : Fog light w/o the low beams on?
I did a search on the forum and the only thing the search came up was that post (bellow)
The problem is that I have only couple vacant fuse spots and non of them have terminal inside so no 12V.
Does anyone has done it differently and if he did how?
Also if someone can post el. schematics of S8 I am sure I can find a way to do it.
