2. Remove subframe

3. Remove starter and tranny mounts

4. Remove exhaust

5. Disconnect driveshaft

6. Unplug sensors

7. Remove tranny

8. Pinch nipples

9. Reverse instructions
Ok, I may have left out a couple of steps. I replaced front rotors and pads, both upstream O2 sensors, throttle position switch, brand new torque converter, rebuilt valve body and rebuilt transmission.
Shifts are crisp and the gears no longer slip. Unfortunately, there is still some hunting around 38 mph. we're in the middle of a snow storm here in Chicago so I didn't really get a chance to test the drop out. I did log some data prior to the swap and i hope to log some more tomorrow weather permitting.
I had major drainage back up in Oct, it fried my ECU. So the shop snaked out the drains. When I pinched them only a leaf or two fluttered out, then I cut the tips off and I hope I never have any problems ever again.
