225 roadster Q avail repost..

Sorry, must report message as I just logged on and found the site responses lost. My dealer told me that he 225 Q roadster might be avail in spring of 2000. Any confirmation or discrediting info. Another told me no production for 14 months (in an effort to get me to buy a TT immediately).Thanks gene

There is info on the German TT site (www.tt-owners-club.de) that suggests the Roadster's will start delivery in Europe early in September this year. Audi UK are also saying September but I don't know if that is for the 180 or 225. BTW UK is getting Quattro's only.Regards, Paul.

I'm waiting for one too. My dealer is telling me that he should have his allocations in September sometime and then he will be able to tell me (1) exactly which options are available, and (2) when i can expect it.But I'm planning on April, 2000.Rick R. 98.5 A4 2.8 PES/tip/sport/bose, many mods.

My sources tell me that the 225 wont be here (U.S) until almost exactly a year after the 180 Quattro first becomes available , which puts it at about September 2000. I may be able to get an update on this soon. Jim
