i heard they void the factory warranty. i also have a friend that had an a4 with a chip in it and he blew the turbo. luckily he pulled the chip out before he brought the vehicle back to the dealer. also, in case you are forgetting, all maintenance is covered by the factory, if they find out you put a chip in the vehicle i am sure they make a note of it. and then you are screwed, as far as warranty is concerned. unless you take the chip out every time u go in for service. no thanks not interested.
