Saw my first TT............
in motion. Me and my date for the evening were on our way to the movie theater in River Oaks (Houston) when I saw a Silver TT cruising down the road at around 7:45pm. I'm pretty sure it was traveling south on Waugh. Crisp? Anyway, the girl I was with thought I was a freak because of the excitement I displayed. Oh well, the date kind of sucked, but at least I got to see a TT in motion.

Talking about dates that suck... I went out on one a few days ago and brother.... was I thankful that I had a TT to go back home afterwards. All the fun that I missed was given to me a handful by my TT...<br>Yeah baby, yeah! ;-)

Sean -- It's EXCITING to see the first TT "in motion", isn't it? I saw *my* first on Father's<br>Day (it was silver as well...saw it on Post Oak near San Felipe), and I can't believe I haven't seen ANY since!! I keep looking for you Houston guys & your TT's, but I guess I'm going to have to wait for the get-together out at McGill in a few weeks!<br>Janet

Denny,<br>Yes, at least the two of us are contributing here & there...but I think there are quite a few women "lurkers" on this forum as well.<p>I fell head-over-heels for the TT when I first saw a photo in the "Houston Chronicle" in early May. Just wish I'd found out about the car sooner so that my wait would be shorter...<br>Janet

That's similar to what I told the guys on the chat last night when they asked why more women weren't driving sexy TT's. I told them, simply, that most women don't follow the automotive press so they wouldn't have known about the car in time to order from the first batch. I was lucky enought to have been dating a motor-fanatic Brit at the time who always had tons of auto magazines around. Read very early articles on the darling TT and adored it. Am very glad you feel the same way. You are going to absolutely love this car...there is some intangible, inexplicable feeling about it I can't explain.....good luck. Probably like me (don't mean to be presumptuous) you are comfortable in a group of men. TTaTTa Den
