Unfortunately, there's this little thing called depreciation that kicks in the moment you drive off the lot.

I love the TT(180Q on order), but the minute you drive it away, you lose money. If someone will pay what he's asking, fine, but you can still find 180fwds available now at MSRP with a lot less miles(virtually none)on it. They may pay the money now, but when the Quattros(Aug.) and Roadsters(next Spring/Summer) hit the showrooms...fugettaboutit. Patience is definitely the way to go in this case.
