Recall/Suspension Fix
Just got my recall notice for April 17, 2000. Has anyone had this done yet or driven a TT with the new stabilizers,control arm,and shocks? The review in AutoWeek pretty much slammed it. I for one don't want a stiffer ride. I'm envisioning a ride like that of a Porsche 944, which handles great, but is extremely jarring. If it's anything like that, and I'm assuming it will be, I'll pass. New to the group, so if this has already been covered, I apologize,

The parts won't be available to anyone in North America before 4/17
I agree with your assesment about the way the ride most likely will be.
Personally I am NOT getting ANY mods from Audi.
I am going to take care of the TT on my own.
