I received mail from Audi Australia re: recall....
It stated that we could have the suspension and spoiler fitted and they were optional. Modifications are to be made at the dealership.
The mail also contained a press release from the TUV Suddeutschland (South German Technical Inspection Assosciation), and it quoted "The Audi TT (including it's original versions) is, compared with the competition, a good sports car - better than average in this category - and is in keeping with the state of the art".
Futhermore, there was an extract of the UK "Car" (February) magazine's editorial re: Audi TT.
Finally, Audi Australia are evaluating retrofitting all TT's in Australia with ESP.

Got mine too, will wait til after TT Experience drive day to decide
A day with Cameron McConville testing out modified and un modified cars should be more than enough to make it clear on whther or not I will be getting the suspension mods.
Spoiler verdict will be out until I see it in person.
Very good move by Audi to organise these TT experience days, very much in line with the quattro drive days they have been running for the past couple of years and are no making available to the non-Audi driving public as well as through the Audi network.
