YES. Quattro makes the TT one of the best cars in the world. Quattro is an extremely SAFE way to drive a car. It's damn cheap for what you get if you ask me.

Every review of the TT I've read says that the
quattro is worth every penny. It sure isn't going to hurt your resale.

Default After 17 years with an 83 UR-Quattro, would never buy 2 wheel drive again.

So, of course, my new TT is a Quattro, love it, first thing to come along since the original was new that I like better (acutually a lot better).

Default Do you need airbags?

Similar argument; safer and higher resale value. Quattro has the added advantage of being really fun to drive. Most people don't NEED quattro, but you should have it and if you consider yourself a performance driver you need it. Audis are great FWD cars, but once you go quattro you ever go back!

Default On a side note ...

those that have FWD TT's have experienced grinding problems in 1st and 2nd gears. While those with TTQ's have not - the tranny in Quattro was made especailly for the TT, while those in the FWD are from VW's. Just ask Brad Willis if you don't believe me.
