10-12 Week Delivery
Went into my local Munich Audi dealer a coupe of weeks ago, and they said a TT (roadster or coupe) would be 10-12 weeks delivery in Left or Right hand drive.
Is this common now? (in UK/Europe/USA?) I went into the same garage in August 99, and they quoted 6 months for a coupe and wouldn't quote on a roadster.
They denied the PR/high speed stability thing had much to do with it, but quoted improved logistics as the reason for speedier delivery (which I assume means production capacity).
PS TTs are very common now in Bavaria, and they're nearly all wearing Winter Tyres at the moment.
