Default Mobile Phone Kits

There have been various posts in this forum regarding the above, but it seems the answers are few & far between, so here goes again...

I have a Nokia 7110 and a car kit, I now want to fit the car kit into my TT, what do you all recommend for mounting the cradle.

There are a few messages regarding the OE cradle, but at $250(ish) it's a little expensive. A couple of you have mentioned brackets that mount on the knee pads / grab handles, do you have any more details on these?

I would also like to link the speaker into the stereo speakers (BOSE system), is this possible?

Any answers would be appreciated.

Thanks

Darren

Default Re: Mobile Phone Kits

I have my 6110 cradle (think it's the same as 7110) mounted on the passenger kneepad. My installer said that you could not wire the sound to the car's speakers if you have BOSE, but installed the Nokia speaker in the small cubbyhold underneath the steering wheel. If you follow the link below, there is a picture where you can just about see how mine is mounted.

Hope this helps - if you need more info., let me know.

Cheers,

John.<ul><li><a href="https://www.audiworld.com/forum/m/tt/58595.phtml">https://www.audiworld.com/forum/m/tt/58595.phtml</a</li></ul>
