My chipped 180FWD understeers after chipping, anybody else's does ?

Mine understeers too but it began before I chipped it.
I installed H&R springs and noticed less oversteer immediately. Then, I went with 18x8.5's on the front and 18x10's on the rear. Now I have some understeer, due to the tire pressure I am running and probably the rear camber, that is at -2.1 degrees, and the rear toe-in, that is at -0.91 degrees (both out of spec but there's nothing I can do about it; just rotate my rear tires to even out the wear). With the chip I don't notice anymore understeer so unfortunately I can't really say if it had this effect.
